• If you are located on our regular delivery routes, the minimum order for free delivery does not apply. To check if you fall within our private fleet radius please give us a call or start a chat with us.
• If your order has to shipped via freight or you want expedited shipping, you must meet the minimum order requirements to be eligible for free shipping.
• We offer free shipping to most states. If order minimum is not met, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

• If you have an approved credit application on file then you do not have to pay at the time of checkout.

Return Policy

• We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your hotel supplies to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
• A small restocking fee may apply on some products.
• If you are on our regular truck routes, you can fill out a return form and give the product to the driver.
